Touch Matters Before the Treatment Starts
A spa guest notices texture before reading a word. Soft-touch lamination gives a velvety surface, and a linen-textured cover feels woven under the fingertips. Either one sets a quiet, careful tone at the front desk.
Pair the texture with a restrained design. A blind debossed logo, or one line of rose gold foil, often says more than a full-color cover. Our custom soft-touch folders show how that finish looks on different stocks.

Treatment Menus Guests Can Browse in the Lounge
Many spas print their service list on insert cards and slide them into a folder in the relaxation lounge. Guests can browse massages, facials and packages while they wait. When prices or services change, you replace the cards and keep the covers.
A tri-fold layout gives room for three categories side by side, such as body, face and nails. Salons often prefer a simple two-pocket folder with a price card in each pocket. Either way, the cover stays the same from season to season.
Spot UV on the service names lets guests scan the menu by touch as well as sight. It works best on a matte or soft-touch base, where the glossy lines stand out clearly.
Planning Your Spa Folder Order
- Decide the main job: lounge treatment menu, new-client packet or gift folder.
- Choose a texture: soft-touch, linen or uncoated, and request samples if unsure.
- Send your logo and brand color codes so we can match the palette.
- Pick one accent, such as rose gold foil or a blind deboss, to keep the cover calm.
- Approve the free proof, then we print and ship to your spa or salon.
Client Packets, Aftercare Notes and Gift Certificates
New clients often fill in a consultation form before their first visit. A branded folder holds that form, your booking policy and a welcome note. After the visit, the same folder can carry home your written aftercare notes and product suggestions.
Gift certificates sell better in a presentation folder than in a plain envelope. A die-cut slit on the inside pocket holds a gift card or certificate in place. A satin ribbon tied around the spine makes it ready for gifting without extra wrapping.
Pairing Custom Spa Folders With Your Brand Palette
Spa brands lean on soft neutrals, sage greens and blush tones. We match Pantone spot colors so those shades stay true on every reorder. Uncoated cover keeps muted tones soft, while matte lamination protects them from oily hands.
Kraft board with white ink suits natural and organic product lines. For a wider choice of textures, see our custom linen folders with textured covers. Ask for stock samples when you request pricing, and the quote will confirm quantity, turnaround and delivery.

Custom Spa Folders: questions we get
Which finish feels the most luxurious?
Soft-touch lamination is the usual pick for a velvety feel. Linen-textured cover gives a woven feel without a film. Both pair well with foil or a blind deboss.
Can the folder hold a gift card?
Yes. We add a die-cut slit to the inside pocket sized for a gift card or certificate. A ribbon tie can hold the folder closed for gifting.
Will oily hands mark the cover?
Matte or soft-touch lamination seals the print and resists fingerprints better than uncoated stock. If staff handle folders after treatments, choose a laminated cover.
Can a salon chain use one design for several locations?
Yes. Keep one cover and print a different address panel for each location in the same order. Every location's folders arrive boxed and labeled on their own.
Can you print a smaller gift folder?
Yes. A 6 x 9 in folder suits gift certificates and small menus, and our 6x9 presentation folders show the layout options.
Can staff write on the client forms inside?
The forms are loose sheets, so staff write on them as usual. If you want a write-in box on the folder itself for the next appointment date, we leave that area uncoated so a pen writes cleanly.
