Terms of service
Last updated October 2, 2026. Your written quote sets the final terms for each order.
Quotes
Quotes list the folder, quantity, options and price. Prices can change if the specs, artwork or quantity change after the quote.
Proofs and approval
- We send a digital proof for every order.
- Please check spelling, colors, placement and contact details.
- Production starts only after you approve the proof.
- Errors approved on the proof are the customer's responsibility.
Artwork
You confirm you have the right to print the logos, images and text you send. We may refuse artwork that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.
Color and finish
- Screens show color differently from print, so printed colors can vary slightly from a proof.
- Small variations in trimming, folding and foil placement are normal in print.
- Quantities may vary slightly from the order, as is common in printing.
Delivery
Your quote confirms turnaround and delivery. Please inspect cartons on arrival and report any damage or shortage to us promptly.
